Food, Fitness, and Faith
What is YOUR story? That’s the essence of this website. I have a story to share and I believe that you do as well.
What is Wholesome Quest? To live life to the fullest. That’s what it means in simple terms. For us to do that, we need to incorporate many areas in our lives together to set a strong foundation. Take the body for an example. The hand does not choose to stop working because it cannot hear. Or the legs do not stop walking because it does not eat. So on and so forth. Each body part has its own function to make the body whole. In the same way, I believe that in order to experience life wholly is to take care of yourself wholly. For me, it means to feed your body the nutrients it needs; to exercise the body to reduce the risk of disease and function at the optimal capacity as possible; and to incorporate a solid spiritual life.
FOOD: My goal is to share any information and recipes related to food and cooking. I hope to inspire you to be your own chef and be passionate in giving your body the nutrients it needs.
FITNESS: My goal is to encourage you to engage in moderate physical activity on a daily basis. Find something that you truly enjoy and stick with it. You will feel great about yourself.
FAITH: It is my desire to share my faith and personal stories with you. I believe that the Bible is the inspired Word of God. I believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God and that we need salvation through Him. And I believe that the Holy Spirit guides us in life with spiritual maturity in accordance with the Bible. My goal is not to preach to you, but to share my faith with you in a personal way.
I started this website as a personal journey. Now it’s been expanded to a bigger vision and journey. No one person is the same and I’m inviting you to share YOUR story and YOUR journey with me and to others. By simply sharing real stories, we are using ourselves as a tool to reach out to others who go through the same things as we do, help others be inspired, and motivate others to take responsibility of their lives. I hope that you will be uplifted, encouraged, and inspired!
